The groundwork is already done...who's going to step in and go forward with an awesome show like Jericho? My bet is on SciFi. They are gutsy, take chances and have good instincts. Still waiting to see which lucky network will pickup and continue our beloved Jericho. Whomever chooses to air Jericho will be lucky indeed. Our fanbase is completely loyal and huge in numbers!!! I can't believe they cancelled the show, it was the only show on tv that had any real story line. What are they going to put in its place another reality tv show, I will pass. Save Jericho please! Jericho is one of those shows that everyone can watch. Please don't just let us have reality shows and talent, dance, or song shows. Give us a little more meat than that. Please save Jericho. I do not think you ever gave this show a chance if you base it on Neilsen ratings. The first season pitted Jericho against American Idol...known for its "high neilsen ratings". Then there is a huge delay,writers strike, before the second season begins. The momentum from the "nuts campaign" and publicity were lost. To further discourage ratings it was slotted for 10:00 p.m. Most people do not stay up that late. If you wanted more youthful viewers it needed to be scheduled earlier to not conflict with their school/work schedules. I am a mother of two small children and I struggled to stay awake. I mostly watched on line. Honestly, it seems the show was not given a fair chance. I am really starting to hate TV. Anytime there is a really good show the **** networks cancel it. They leave us crap like American Idol and Dancing with the stars. I love good dramas like Jericho and think that the network is making a huge mistake. Submitted by Jo M. on Tue, 04/01/2008 - 15:40
ABSOLUTELY SAVE JERICHO! Thank you for giving us Season 2... we enjoyed it every week and want the show to continue. There is basically CR*P on television these days... horrible reality stuff. SAVE JERICHO. THIS IS THE ONLY SHOW THAT THE WHOLE WATCHES TOGETHER. CBS, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ALL OF US AGAIN? WE FOUGHT HARD TO BRING THIS SHOW BACK. WHAT DO YOU DO PUT IT IN A BAD TIME SLOT. SAVE JERICHO. THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER. I KNOW I WILL NOT WATCH ANY MORE SHOW ON CBS, IF THE SHOW IS CANCELED. I LOVE NCSI, BUT TO SAVE JERICHO I WILL QUIT WATCHING CBS. Pleeease don't stop producing this show! This is the only show that I actually care enough about to get involved in trying to save it fron cancellation. Well-acted, well-scripted & fast-paced! This is the best show to come along for quite some time. If it's not a crime show it is reality TV, ZZZ. It is a slap in the face by CBS to the viewers. Only giving Jericho 7 episodes upon their return was not exactly an act of good faith. Most shows have atleast twice as many during their season. This show keeps you on the edge of your seat and eager for the next week's episode. My husband and I actually look forward to our chance to watch Jericho. Don't let a good thing die. I love this show i watched every episode when it aired last season but due to the time change and my change in work schedule (nights) im not able to watch the show uintill Wednesday morning. CBS apparently doesnt think about people that work for a living and care for people that need round the clock care! I love this show and they didnt even end it lol. They left it open for at least another season if not more. They are doing this to us again and bye wasting the fall slot they did nothing but damage the show by making people who were semi-casual veiwers forget about how great Jericho is. Ok, this my 3rd comment on a 3rd differnt petition. I can't believe this is happening again. Jericho was really the only show to want me come back and watch the following week. OK, as I watched the last episode I wanted to love it but I couldn't because I knew CBS was going to *$^$()@ us fans. All I can think of doing is making as much noise as possible aimed at CBS the Cheyenne Broadcast Sensors. Calling, writing, e-mailing,(at CBS.com support). I don't think wet toilet papering their offices would do anything other than landing me in jail and made to watch CBS's other shows, survivor, their other reality junk. Did anyone take note of their brilliant new show? Where washed up stars get to try to be another kind of wanna be star? Who came up with that? OH and you the viewer gets to choose, that's sad. Too bad they couldn't have a show based on the next American Civil War.....How can a finale end on the verge of Civil War. You'd almost think a network with guts would go with that, taking the characters from Jericho national. In my dreams I guess? I wish I could write a series. Loading People... |
