I recently saw a program about London regarding a new system of fuel, and there is a green converter tank in individual garages. You can back up your car to your own personal tank and fill 'er up and then take off. You get 25 miles for each tank-up, and then you can either flip a switch in your specially made car and run on a different kind of fuel (still environmentally safe, but more common)- and then re-fuel at a later stage, either at your home or at specially situated stations. It sounds like a fantasy, but it actually is being used in some homes in London. Sounds like a plan! Hope it's do-able and America can try it out.

I feel the canadian and U.S. government should take a stand and show us some action talk is cheap , people are losing their jobs in the automobile industry. why don't we start making more fuel effective cars for example the hybird for one or the electric car or even new solar cars if their for the consumer to buy that would save on gas and oil and we would have a much cleaner climate and also reduce global warming.

If we can make a synthetic oil, why not a synthetic gas? I think it's high time that scientist in this country start working for the common good, not the good pay.

Buy the existing better alternatives and lead society in the right direction. If most of us do that, the change will occur naturaly.
