any form of abuse either towards animals or humans is unacceptable behaviour. It shows a complete lack of respect for other living things Submitted by Glenn S. on Sun, 09/28/2008 - 02:00
This practice is obviously very cruel and it should be stopped, we as human beings should respect other life on this planet. This practice also has the effect of not just harming the bear but also must affect the people who do this by hardening them to feeling compassion or empathy to the bear which leads to losing this feeling to other animals and eventually other people. It is not acceptable to benefit from the harming of others whether they are human or animal, bad Karma I would think. I hope that these people come back as bears in their next life. If we are to improve ourselves we should all have more sense and ban this type of treatment of ANY animal. Submitted by Stacey S. on Fri, 09/26/2008 - 12:26
Animal abuse in any shape or form needs to be STOPPED! We must be the voice of these defenseless animals. Submitted by Diane T. on Sat, 09/06/2008 - 17:35
I believe the people of india have other ways to make money in a prosperious manner, example their jewerly is beautiful, why don't the women make jewerly to sell in place of making bears dance ,and causing pain on them.I'm sure it would be alot cheaper to make jewerly, then to train a bear and feed him and shelter him.
