Got a tennis racket? Got drumsticks? What to see "the band back together"? Please send 1 tennis racket if you previously haven't and/or drumsticks to ABC executives Stephen McPherson (President of ABC Primetime and a fellow fan), Anne Sweeney (President of the Disney-ABC Television Group and Stephen's and Mark's boss), and/or Mark Pedowitz (President of ABC Studios which produced "October Road" and who helped along with Mr. McPherson and Mr. Tortorici, President of GroupM Entertainment, to get financing to bring this series on the air) to arrive on the target date of Monday, November 24th. Send with it a note along the lines of "We want the band back together". Stephen McPherson, President Anne Sweeney, President Mark Pedowitz, President If you don't own a tennis racket or know someone who does, you can drop by your nearest sporting goods store or a garage sale (you can also try a thrift store), take it home with you and beat it up a little - to show the wear and tear due to use and passage of time, though Physical Phil kept it in pretty good shape when he gave it back to Nick ten years later). You'll need to contact your local Post Office with the size and weight of your tennis racket(s). In addition, you can check department stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, toy stores or try a thrift store for drumsticks. Also check with friends or someone in the family. This all resulted in their shows being resurrected (along with heavy letter writing, phone calls, and e-mails, though in "Roswell's" case, twice on two separate networks). So find that tennis racket or purchase one, drop by Wal-Mart or various outlets and pick up those drumsticks, keep advertising, keeping writing (don't forget to put some leaves in the envelopes and if you're also sending postcards, send one of your small town or hometown and find one with an autumn theme), and let's get a third season for "October Road"! Bring this show back. Look at the line up. Wife swap!!! OMG what trash. We need something to watch beside trash. Grey's is awful this season because the story line has hit a wall I have stopped watching it. Desperate Housewives is all you have left. October Road could run for a very long time. The last time I was so excited about a TV Show was when Knots Landing was on. I love October Road, and could not fiqure out why it has not been back on yet. Found out it may cancell. WHAT...... are you kidding me? Finally a good family show is back on and worth watching and people want to cancel. Please bring this show back. Please give it one more shot. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BRING OCTOBER ROAD TO MY LIVING ROOM AGAIN! I NEED THIS SHOW! IT IS SUCH A GREAT SHOW AND HAS SUCH GREAT POTENTIAL FOR THE FUTURE. IT'S A SHOW THE WHOLE FAMILY CAN WATCH TOGETHER AND THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THE "BIG WIGGS" IN HOLLYWOOD CANCELLED IT! ENOUGH WITH THE REALITY SHOWS - PLEASE!!!! Great! October Road gets canceled. It is rare to find a show that appealed to so many age groups now gone. I really hope that a ABC rethinks this one. It was the one show I looked forward to all week long. October Road was a quality show so rarely found on today's T.V. The cast/storyline were top notch. When I told coworkers about this show they tuned in and loved it!! It's nice to have a family oriented show in prime time. I LOVE OCTOBER ROAD!!! Please bring it back and sooooooon. I am an avid TV watcher and this is one of my absolute favorite shows. I am self employeed and if I happen to miss a nights show or even part I have to watch the next morning while I work I just can't get enough and the time goes by way to fast while I'm watching.
