Attention Supernatural Fans:

The CW has announced that Supernatural will be removed from the program schedule once the remaining episodes have aired...instead of showing reruns of Supernatural it has opted to show repeats of The Reaper.

Our main concern regarding this decision is that it will hinder the recruitment of new viewers:
  • It's a missed opportunity: a lot of shows are going into reruns due to the strike...if a potential viewer's show is in repeats, they might tune in to Supernatural and realize what an amazing show it is.
  • There will no longer be a time slot to which potential viewers can be directed.
The Supernatural Fandom has proven to be a dedicated and passionate community...raise your voice and be heard! Sign this petition if you want The CW to air SUPERNATURAL repeats so that our show remains accessible to new viewers!

Note: While the series has not been cancelled (withhold the riots, please!) it IS on hold until the writers strike is over, more scripts are ready, and production resumes...so repeats of Supernatural are the most we can hope for until the strike is resolved.

you cant just stop te show in the middle of a season like this, we have to know how it goes.
and this show should honestly goo on for a long time.
almost everyone i know is watching it, its great.
cancelling would just be a terrible thing,supernatural is one of the only good shows on tv now. like i never watch tv but i always find the time to watch the new episodes of supernatural.

Supernatural definitely has a higher level of viewer interest than The Reaper, i personally find that whole spiritual aspect with a little evilness tucked inside, very apetizing, they should make the writers happy and pay what they are asking for

I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE IT,AND CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE THEY HEARD THIS.I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH.IF THIS IS HAPPENING,WHEN!!!I HAVE BEEN FAN SINCE THE SHOW STARTED.IT'S SOMETHING I LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY WEEK.I'M A HUGE FAN OF BOTH JENSEN ACKLES AND JARED PADALECKI BEFORE THEY WERE ON THIS AMAZING SHOW.AND TOGETHER ON THE SAME SHOW WELL WHAT CAN A GIRL TO SAY BUT WOW!!TWO OF THE HOTTEST GUYS I EVER SAW.AND THEY ARE SO DAME TALENTED.THE SHOW MUST STAY ON.

Only showing the reruns of The Reaper would be the biggest mistake! We recently just moved and do not have cable yet. And we won’t until the 19th. The day AFTER the 4th season starts, and if I miss it the first night and not able to watch a rerun of it the next or so it will be devastating!!!! Not only that, yes The Reaper was a wonderful episode just like the others, but that is the very thing, wouldn’t you want to get more view ratings?! Well you aren’t going to get that if you show the same rerun over and over again. If anything while the main season is off just start over again from the beginning. Just getting to know the two hilarious and sexy brothers all over again would make watching the show even more thrilling!!! A HUGE fan Jennifer : )

Yes I am going to reply to my own message... I so read the Description wrong, which makes it even worse!!! When I read The Reaper I was automatically thinking of Supernatural ((see how I would be lost without my boys)) but I heard reaper so I thought of the episode “Faith”. Sorry!!!

I tried to watch Reaper but had to turn it off because it was so obnoxious.
Supernatural is a gem. Jensen is brilliant. This show has a loyal, devoted fanbase, and to cancel it would be insane.
What happens to Dean? You can't leave him there stuck in Hell. What happens to Sam? Does he give in to his 'dark side destiny'? What about Lilith? Does she come back?
There is nothing like Supernatural on TV anymore. It is just to awesome for words. Leave it be, DON'T cancel Supernatural!

It would be suicidal for you to cancel Supernatural. Finally we get a show with no drama about who is sleeping around with who like other shows. Supernatural is the best show ever! Just look at all their locations and like Jensen said himself that this is a google worthy show. You can actually google these legends or demons and find information about it! Why cancel something so educational and entertaining!! You would be crazy to cancel this show!!!!
