I've been dying to try to reach her, a fan mail or sumthing, i just can't find one, this is just a wonderful idea to make this poll...I really love the books just like all of us, I couldn't wish more for a fifth book... I just hope Stephenie could read this thread and the rest of all other threads of her fans on the net. We reall not just want but need more books...not just 5th...perhaps...even more...

yeah i think it would be awesome to have a 5th book really if you found a good plot and stuck to it, it would be awesome to read another book about edward, bella, jake, charile resemea alaice and everyone esle i love them and i mean a bunch of vampires arn't exactly going to have a happy ever after there is always going to be something that has to happen. i love the twilight sereies i was so in to it it only took me three days to read the whold sereis so far it would be so awesome lots of books intrest me but yours are the best.

Really i must say that you need to forget those other people who cant learn to appreciate your work.
So you need to PLEASE finish the 5th book.
This will show them that they are not worth it, that your real fans are what matter!

Please, please finish the 5th book. Don't do it for the other people who don't appreciate the Series and your rights, but for us... your true fans! I know so many people who eat, sleep, work those books. I wish they would continue and I don't care so much about the version out there... WE WILL BUY THE BOOK! Then what about it as a movie? I'm so sad that there are so many possibilities left unanswered. I wish she would finish it just for her fans!

I would love to read a fifth book. Everyone I know who has read this series has almost come to tears knowing at the end of the 4 book it was going to end. Including me. Please come out with number 5!!!

well i would deff read it if she did. but think about it guys...
we'd expect a looong story (ALL her books so far are really long! and we love it hahaha) on what really? just renesmee? on the last page its inferred that renesmee leads a happy life most probably with jacob and bella and edward live happily. but actually come to think of it i DO remember edward telling us that the volturi will probably come back...hmm...

but i think she should stop now before disappointing us with a story thats pretty good but not AS good/exciting as the others. cuz then we'd be like ohh its the same thing over and over again. you know what i mean? DONT get me wrong i LOVE LOVE LOVE the books and ive seen the movie twice so far! (1st with my friends and 2nd with my mom who finished the first book a few weeks ago).
but im gunna read the twilight guide thing she wrote that shud come out on december 30th! and the host which is a different series by stephenie meyer which i heard was good. also, since im not sure if shell ever publish Midnight Sun, ive already downloaded it from her site and i plan on reading that too!
so enjoy what shes done so far but im she will continue more twilight stuff, just not necessarily a 5th book.

but id read it anyway even if she did make onee...

I agree to the fullest extent there should be a fifth Twilight book. There has been no other series as cultivating as this. Yes the Harry Potter series may have inspired many to read unlike they had ever had, but the Twilight series has left an opening for the mind to enter uncharted territories. Magic is something that has been toyed with for many centuries, but vampirism has only been thought of. Yes it has went back as far as magic, but never before has a mind been able to adventure what possibly could be going through one of our minds.

We should definetly learn what happens to Jacob and Renesmee, I mean, Bella and Edward have had their story and now it's Renesmee's turn, it's not fair to finish Bella's story and start Renesmee's so temptingly. If Stephenie says that she is 100 per cent sure she is not going to write another book, then it is not right, but I secretly think she is, an author wouldn't start a whole new (complex) character and not finish it!!

OMG! i love twilight! i hope the series goes on...THERE SO GOOD! im waiting on the 3rd one to come in. I can't wait till the movie!

I completely agree. Stephenie has said that she feels that to continue the saga would basically "wear it out". That it would just have no more story to it. I understand that every good book or series of books has to end sometime. And essentially, that may be what makes it so desirable. When it ends, it is more memorable. But in this case, she has so many die hard fans that would absolutely love to have her continue. We are all waiting for what happens next. There is so much more you could continue on with about Renesmee and the Volturi. Bella's point of view may be over, but the story doesn't have to end. The story can continue in Edwards POV, Renesmee's POV, or any of the other close characters. With a new child in the story now, the options for the saga continuing opens wide up. And I hope she does continue writing them. Although I feel terrible for Ms. Meyer and her dilemma with whoever leaked Midnight Sun, I have read the first 12 chapters and they are amazing! I am a die-hard Twilight fan and I pray she continues! I can't wait for the movie to come out as well! I'm keeping my hopes up!

Hey Mellosa, didn't you see the "The End" at the last page of breaking dawn? that's what we're trying to erase here. There should be a fifth book. And no, Midnight Sun doesn't count.

Definately! The Twilight Series is amazing, and Breaking Dawn really didnt feel like a decent conclusion to the series. It was a brilliant book, but there too many loose ends left for it to be the end, like the fact that the vulturi have been proven to be evil and yet they are still in control.

OMG!!! please write another one. i want to find out about bella edward jake nessie and the rest of the family. in the 4th book it really doesnt say what happens to them after everything. Alot of my friends agree with me and i will tell them to post their comments!!!!!

We need more signatures. I really want to find out about bella and edward and renesme how they are as a family. If you have noticed in the forth book it didnt really seem if edward was actually spending time wiith his daughter i know he has to look after bella. But he dosent pay any attention to her. I hope he does in the next book though.

You should know that Stephanie Meyer is making a 5th book called Midnight Sun. It is just like Twilight but in Edwards point of view so just chillax and wait for her to finish the book or wait till the Twilight movie comes out.
